The position is the first contact for the Division of Comprehensive Oral Health and will provide overall administrative management and coordination of functions for the area discipline within the Division.As an Apple Support At Home Advisor, you will be supporting many of our popular products, from iPhones to iPads to MacBooks to desktop Macs. This position will work closely with the Business Coordinator and will provide backup support to the clinical front desks and use EPIC software when needed. The person in this position works in close collaboration with other administrative staff in the Division to manage social media groups (Facebook, Instagram, ASOD Weekly Wisdom, etc.) and on other projects as required. This position will assist the Predoctoral Program Director with all courses, labs and schedules, student assignments, eMedley and STAR grading (report/exam/grading software) and student certificates/awards.The Student Services Assistant will electronically track students competencies and requirements so updates can be instantly reflected.

The Student Services Assistant provides administrative support to the faculty, students and designated staff members for the Advanced Education in Endodontics program to ensure efficient office operations.
